The company guarantees the consumer the right to exchange or return a defective item and receive a refund in accordance with the following terms.

Perishable consumer goods are excluded from exchange and return.
The item may be exchanged or returned for a refund if it is defective, does not meet standard specifications, or the purpose for which it was contracted.
Provide a copy of the purchase invoice or proof of purchase from the same provider.
