Exchange Refund Policy

The company guarantees the consumer the right to exchange or return a defective item and receive a refund in accordance with the following terms.

Terms

  • Items may be exchanged or refunded within fifteen days of receipt, provided they are defective, do not meet specifications, or fail to serve their intended purpose, and the purchase receipt must be presented.
  • Perishable consumer goods are excluded from exchange and return.
  • The item may be exchanged or returned for a refund if it is defective, does not meet standard specifications, or the purpose for which it was contracted.
  • Provide a copy of the purchase invoice or proof of purchase from the same provider.
